Great experience had regular appointment oil change. Also took care of recall service at same time and finished early. Also got car wash everyone very professional and friendly sat out4side in rockers but could have used a cushion for my old bones.

Normally My evaluation for Regal is tops but this Normally My evaluation for Regal is tops but this wasn't their day , I had an appointment for services that should have taken two hours and took four and one half. I appreciate that my oil change was compted but this was excessive waiting with an appointment. My key fob was not working and I asked for a new battery of which was installed and charged. It still does not work. i can understand if the batteries was not the problem but feel like it should have been checked before ... read more

The service representatives certainly did a wonderful job. I was greeted promptly by Johnathan. I explained why I was there, and he showed me where to wait. When my car was done. He walked me to it while he explained what was done. He even cleaned off the bird droppings that were missed when my car was washed. My visit this time was a pleasant experience.

Staff is nice. Took 2 hours for an oil change even though I made an appointment. My app notified me my car had been running for 30 minutes so not sure why my car was left idling for that long?
