Everyone is always very nice and the service is fast. It’s definitely a better experience then the previous dealerships I’ve gone to.
Rude to me and caused me to leave in tears. Refused to service my car and finish the service they already started. Talked about me with other employees In Front of customers and threatened to call the police on me because I didn’t want to leave. All I wanted them to do is finish the work they started. I have been fighting to get them to find the oil consumption issue with my car for several months now. This employee and Jeff have to be the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with. I was told I couldn’t come bac... read more
