I got the complete run around about resolution for the issue that was required by the service department to resolve. I would have appreciated more forward and honest communication from the beginning. I was not satisfied at all with the care provided during this visit to the service center. Ultimately I needed a tire. After it not arriving 2 of the 3 times assured, I finally got it. However it’s not the same series as others and no mention was made regarding that detail. Communication is always key. I shouldn’t have to come b... read more

excellent customer service, JORGE has been taking care of our appts, everytime we call he always calls us back and always make sure to accomdate us with our needs and appt. Thank you Kia for always giving the best service. Everyone is very attentive. I always take my car there for anything it needs, i know my kia is well taken care of. I trust Jorge when he gives us our bill.
