Service was easy to schedule; completed when promised. Only observation is 10% shop fee not disclosed at scheduling. Seems excess when oil change and tire rotation already $79.99.

I've never had any issues whenever I go for a service! I never make an appointment but they always get me in and my car serviced in a timely manner. The waiting area is nice and they offer complimentary water and coffee and some snacks. There is a vending machine as well. They have a child's play area. Everyone is always helpful.
