They did everything they could to diagnose my car's issues. They spent over 3 hours, and weren't ashamed to admit that they just couldn't figure it out. They helped me come up with an action plan if the problem persisted. I was very impressed with the service and care I received.

I received good service and got worked in on a very busy day. I really appreciate the work that was done on my car. I live in Winterhaven close to another Kia dealership that has horrible service. I drove the 18 miles each way because I know Regal will treat me right ! And they did not disappoint!!
