I came in for a recall and all xxxx broke loose after that. The following week I needed a transmission the week after that I need a alternator. While getting my alternator put on the mechanic realized the dealership never put the bolts back in when they changed my transmission. I will never come to this dealership again awful experience.

Greg and Pablo were pretty great, selling me an EV6 at MSRP without markups (apart from doc/paperwork fees which are listed on the website). Finance is typical and got a decent rate. Car came in fairly quickly and Greg kept me updated on status.

Folks should know about any specials being advertised on their website. When I went in to buy tires they s/h perked up and said “great!! We’re running a buy 3 get 1 special right now!” What I got was a big nothing! Very disappointed in their customer relations. This responsibility is the service mangers job, whoever that might be as I saw no office that might lead to this person’s identity. Perhaps this is done on purpose.
