Service advisor. Shaun checked me in early for alignment service. This was the only service that was completed and unlike the Brandon Kia dealership the Regal service advisor Shaun was not trying to upsell me non-mandatory services my vehicle like the Brandon location had attempted to do but on my affordable income, I can only have the services completed that I can afford at that point.
