Worst customer service around. Left my car in December for about 3-4 weeks. Finally got a loaner vehicle. I have had my hybrid in 3 times to fix the warning light. Which they said needed me taillight assembly week later doing same thing.. Do not return calls as promised. This is not my first time with problems with the service department. Kelsey was the only one that would call me back. When a service tech is off no message to speak to another person.

the service was excellent they cant not do all the service there i want the same day but they do the most and schedule for rest of the stuff. also we use the courtesy shuttle to go to the mall the person drive very safe and they pick us on time to get our car back just in time
