Normally, I have been very happy with the service I receive. This time, I was having an oil change and a recall check. My advisor said they were running late so my wait would probably be an hour and a half. Two and a half hours later, my car was finally done. There was no communication about the recall at all. In reading my receipt, it looks like my car didn’t require the recall repair.
