I would have liked to have known there was going to be a 3400 charge up front

After agreeing on price and a cash deal, I asked them to write up the deal and we’d be back to sign once finished. They called back to come up to sign, car wasn’t ready and nothing was written up. Four hours later after trying to sell me warranties I didn’t want or need it was finished. Cmon man.
