So pleased, we just bought our 5th car! We are very happy with Regal KIA! Greg Schmidt has been our more than just a salesman - he is a friend who has our best interests at heart. Because the philosophy at Regal KIA is to put the customers needs first, we are driving the cars we love, the cars we need, the cars the perform best for our needs. The service is wonderful - oil changes and minor fixes have been fast and easy. We have had one accident repair and it was done in no time with no inconvenience to us. I can't say enoug... read more

Very Satisfying Experience It was extremely easy to find the car that would fit our needs at Regal Kia. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, eager to make our visit there as pleasant and productive as possible. Cooperation among sales persons was impressive; they obviously see themselves as a team. The only disappointment was the amount of time it took to complete the sale. We were there about six hours, mostly waiting on paperwork. There should be some way to speed this up and not keep customers waiting.
