Buying/Leasing a Kia Soul The Sales person was very helpful. However, he should be empowered to make decisions/negotiations without going back and forth to management. The process took too long. An appointed date was set for me to pick up the car as I would be out of town. I requested that all paperwork and the car be ready at that appointed date, but I still had to wait over 2 hours. excellent experience I had an absolute excellent experience with Greg ..he helped me buy my first car and went above and beyond my expectations he had the best customer service and am very happy with the service that regal KIA provided me ..I totally reccomend anyone who wants to buy a new vehicle go to regal KIA and ask for Greg :)
