Very Pleasant Experience I had an appointment with Sam Rager at Regal Buick in Lakeland, FL, through Costco Car Buying Service. Sam was very professional and sincere, which made my husband and I very comfortable. He showed me a 2016 Kia Sorento EX with Navigation System, which is what I wanted, but they didn't have the color I wanted, which was white. At first I was disappointed, but after Sam showed me all the bells and whistles and we went for a test drive, I fell in love with the vehicle and the color, Platinum Graphite. ... read more
