Best Sales Staff in Town Our salesperson, Cody Hicks was excellent! I would recommend him to everyone who wants to deal with an honest, patient and above board salesperson. He asked great questions, listened to our concerns, and fought to get us a great deal!! Best sales experience we have had since the last vehicle we purchased.. which, by the way, was at Regal Kia Lakeland!!!!

Not Fully Made Aware! Unfortunately for me, I am disappointed, because I was not made fully aware. It was not clearly disclosed to me that I would continue to have to make payments on the car I traded in - a 2013 Kia Soul - as part of the contract. I am paying an outrageous amount of money nearly $35,000 over a 75 months period of time on the contract for my 2015 KIa Soul. Nearly $12,000 carried over from 2013 Kia Soul. It doesn't seem right that I am still paying on a car that is not sitting in my driveway. Now, I owe for t... read more
