Pathetic Customer Service First let me say the sales staff is top notch. Pray to god you don't have to take your vehicle to get serviced there. The Service Writers talk down to you like its the first car you ever owned. I will now make sure all of Florida knows what is going on at this dealership and how rude these people are. Spend 24,000 on a car and this is how the service department is? I don't think so. I have family who works in a GM dealership so I know the deal. They need to go back to school and take public relation... read more

Best car buying experience ever! I was in the market for a new car, and after some research, decided that a Kia Soul might be a good choice for my needs. I used the Costco Auto Program for selecting a dealership (there are several Kia dealers in my Orlando area) but the "dealership of excellence" Costco recommended was Regal Kia in Lakeland.
