Sam was a good salesman Sam did a good job selling me a SUV. The trade in value for my car and what I paid for the new car was fair for both parties. Dealing with the finance department and Chris Wilson could have been better. I did not like the total cost factor to what you are getting for the extended warranties. He had no booklets or written information on what the warranty entails, just his word of mouth. I did not purchase the added warranties because of that. Regal needs to improve in that department.
