Great customer service and follow up. I have known Greg for over 12 years, as I purchased my Kia Rio 12 years ago. Greg is always friendly and helpful. This time I purchased a used vehicle with an extended warranty and had many questions, following up my purchase. He has answered all the questions promptly and if he did not know the answer, he knew where to go to get the answer. I have had all my maintenance work done here for the last 12 years and plan on continuing to do so in the future.

Great customer service The whole experience with great. From talking with Mae over the phone to meeting the sales man Greg S. I had nothing but great customer. Made me feel welcomed right away. I was able to pick out my car over the phone and seal the deal with Greg after test driving the car I had narrowed down to over the phone. I was able to tell them my price rang and what I was looking for in features resulting in my new car, I left in the same day. I love my new 2019 Kia. Lakeland regal will make you feel like family.
