Always an awesome experience. We love this Kia dealer. Always a pleasure. We were there a few weeks ago though, wanting to upgrade to a Soul with less miles. Had our credit run beforehand and were pre approved. We were very disappointed that even with our trade, you were unable to get our payments lower than $394.00 even with the trade. We really had our hopes up for that newer Soul so we were quite disappointed in that. But the service department is always great there.
