Extremely long wait no results Did not reurn my text when I asked for updates. Waited 3 hours and didn't even get an estimate. Got tired of waiting and asked for our car back.

Waited too long Asked service at check in 'How long will I have to wait ... told 1 hour to 1to1/2 hour. Sat waiting for 3 hours ... finally asked how much longer ... was told, "just finishing up" will only be another 10 or 15 minutes! Service done to my complete satisfatcion. Suggestion ... If your customers are going to be waiting for any length of time, please at least have current reading material in waiting area!
