Service Brought vehicle in for eco coating. They were quick with the turnaround time. Was very busy that day and parking was somewhat of an issue.

Alternator Replacement I was unaware that my alternator was under warranty until I had replaced it myself. The replacement wasn’t good so I had to get it fixed at kia. They were able to replace it quickly but the price was outrageous.

Alternators can be a pricier item unfortunately. Luckily for you we used Kia Certified parts! If you are ever in question on whether something is covered under your warranty, just call in we would be happy to look it up for you!
Terrible individuals to do a deal with!!!!! This process deal with Kia has been 3 months! First financial manager (Nicho) gave misleading information the second (James) didn’t help things go through to be approved correctly. Then the manger asked for all the same information that was already given. His response was I don’t get into the day to day business (Stan). Stan asked for paystubs that was provided more than once and I was frustrated his reaction was we are loosing 4,000 dollars and I’m only asking for 2 pieces of info... read more
