Updating with an edit. My husband has tried calling a few times left 2 voicemails and no call back. Ask for us to call and don’t get a call back. We will try one more time tomorrow but so far what was the point of asking for us to call if we can’t even get a call back. Having had a stroke, I am not as sharp as I once was. The salesman and money guy took advantage of that and talked me into a bad deal. We have bought a number of new cars from Regal and have never come away feeling so upset. I still have no idea what I was given for my trade-in. Never again!
We went in about a week/2 weeks ago trying to trade in our 2024 Honda civic and lease a vehicle that had a bit more of space for us (a family of 5 now). We had Cristian/Cris as our sales person & it was truly the most positive experience my husband and I have had at a dealership. Just left Honda and had the honor to meet Mike Hall. Mike took his time to take care of us; he is a very knowledgeable advisor. Even after owning a Honda for 9 years, Mike taught us things we were never told before. Highly recommend to request Mike Hall when you come in!
Just got my new CRV sport L from these guy we had a little mix up but they came thru made the deal work good love my new CRV Ryan, mike and sheron the sales did a amazing job. Will be back very happy in the end.
