Summer is real bad I been telling to the management to change de outside units because they are in real bad,conditions which makes mi electricity bill get higher
Beware the management sucks ass !!! The parking is bs cars are parked in spots they shouldn't be their apartments in my building with 7 to 8 people living their !!! Their are cars with expired tags just taking up space for weeks some about a year !!! The office personal changes every three months and they are worst then the last !!! If u have any issues they ignore you but late on rent 5 different people let u knw !!!! Dnt move in unless you have 10 people who need to live in a 2 bedroom or u can't get in anywhere else !!!! ... read more
Rental Beware!!! I moved in to a flooding kitchen 3hrs after of moving in. My kitchen FLOOD EVER TIME MY 7 neighbors would use the kitchen or their disposal mind would flood. Ever night for 3 1/2 weeks before outside plumber came to fix it!! So ever night I would come home after working a full-time job and a part-time job to clean apartment for 3 hours and flooding every night.
