Purchased a van from this placed 3 week ago. Already had issues with the AC, brakes, and van not wanting to start. Tried calling to speak with the manager, but she won't get on the phone. Not surprised, this is what I've come to expect from "used car" dealerships. A 2009 Chrysler Town & Country with minor cosmetic issues is only worth $9000, we bought this one for $15,000. Shame on us for not doing our research beforehand. I can't recommend a dealership to friends or family where the manager plays these games.

My experience was super Awesome!!! And I was able to do a commercial with Sammy, but the best part of Regal Wichita, is the great Service from Manager Donna, Stacey, and Elena. So if you want great service a friendly atmosphere, then Regal Wichita is the place to be!
Easiest car I've ever bought from a dealership. No pressure at all and she helped me on everything!
