RecommendedUpdate: after contacting REG via email with a detailed response to their charges, Amanda let me know that they would be refunding the cleaning and painting charges. She also clarified that the inspection list shows everything that needs to be done, regardless of tenant responsibility, which seems a bit confusing. Thanks for a total lack of communication regarding necessary or upcoming repairs, right when we are in the final stages of selling a unit in one of your complexes. Thank you for tearing out the entirety of the back wall of our patio, leaving it open to anything and anyone who might want to walk by. Thank you for doing this without prior notice.
