This is my go to place when I need my computer fixed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. In my experience they perform the tests I front of me, so I can physically see what is going on. They also do a great job describing the issues, helping me further understand and prevent running into the same promblem twice. Finaly, the price point in fantastic! Defiantly the place to go if you don't want to break the bank.
Had a great experience with Refresh computers and Andre Klass was especially helpful and knowledgeable. I find the service reasonable concerning cost and am completely satisfied with the service rendered to me.
I went in this am as I had had a ransom ware website pop up on my computer and I did not know what to do. I called first when they opened this a And they told me to bring my laptop in for them to check. Jacob was the tech who greeted me, checked my computer and showed me what to do if it ever happened again. They did not charge me anything for their time and advice. I highly recommend them.
