RecommendedGreat experience especially for those of us who are not so computer literate! Charley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He spent a great deal of time and patience getting our new computer up and running and transferring from our old one.
I took my computer in for repair and received quick, personal and helpful service. The price was very reasonable and Kacper took quite a bit of time to ensure that I felt comfortable with the effectiveness of the repairs. I will use Refresh Computers again in the future and send my friends to them for sure! Thank you for a great experience!

I was in the middle of a self-repair of my laptop and found that several specialty screws holding my LCD hinge had fallen out of the computer when the hinge screw sheathes broke (the reason for the repair). I made the trip up to Refresh Computers in the hopes that they would have what I needed to repair it today - I’m job hunting and cannot afford to have my laptop down for a week while I wait for parts. Not only was I able to locate what I needed, but they didn’t charge me for them. A+++ service!!

I have been a customer of Refresh Computers for many years and have always been treated with respect and courtesy.And on occasion have called with a problem and they were awesome on helping me over the phone and solved the problem I was having.They have a great group of Technicians and great customer service and support.
