RecommendedRefresh updated my operating system from Windows 7 to 10. The turn around was quick and it appears to work good. It cost me a fraction of what a new computer would have cost.
They guys were very helpful with our technical problem on our new laptop. The wifey is very pleased and relieved.

I have been purchasing computers for my business from Casper and his team for years. The level of honesty you receive at this establishment is 2nd to none. I will never look elsewhere for computer purchases or service as long as this business is around. The amount of times these guys have saved my butt is more than I can count and the speed of the service is awesome. They understand when you are in a pickle and get go above and beyond for you. Keep it up guys!
My computer died and I was not wanting to give up my Windows 7 program, so they were able to transfer the program and all of my information to a new computer. The service was beyond anything we have ever experienced. They even followed up with us to make sure we were happy. I can't recommend them enough.

My mother has been coming here for years and I came in today to get an old computer a friend gave me to work. Totally fixed it. They rock! This store is here obviously because they’re doing a lot things right. I definitely suggest this business. 😍
I miss their UCF location but I'm still happy to make the drive to Longwood and I'm always down to support the Mom and Pop stores instead of the big box stores. Got a great deal and they moved all my files to the new computer. The big box stores don't do that for you.
