I had a fantastic experience at Refresh Room! The space was welcoming and relaxing as always, and the atmosphere made me feel at ease right away. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that suited my face shape and hair type. The cut was clean, stylish, and exactly what I hoped for. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Refresh Room enough — Chalwel does a fantastic job on my hair every single time! He’s professional and pays great attention to detail, remembers exactly what I want from previous visits, and my undercut always comes out super crisp and clean. I really appreciate the friendly, inviting atmosphere he creates for his clients, too (and love the beautiful new Leslieville location). I’ve never once had a bad experience with Chalwel, and always leave Refresh Room feeling like a million bucks!

I had been looking for a a regular barber for some time and after my first booking with chalwel I knew my search was over. I never feel like he is rushing to get to his next client and takes lots of care and attention. Conversation is always great and he is a super friendly guy!! Highly Recommended!!

I recently visited Refresh Room, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Chalwel was so friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and he displayed great skill and attention to detail. I left with a clean, well-executed haircut, and I'll definitely be returning for future trims. Highly recommended!
