I was very afraid to go to see another dentist after the bad experience I had,Dr,Farber took me under her wing and brought my faith back into to taking care of my teeth,I had to have a lot of work done,and she took it upon herself not to let the dental assistant do the bonding of my teeth she took the time to do all the work of my teeth herself! Thank you Dr.Farber for making me feel good about myself,and bringing my faith back into to be able to smile again!!
Terrible customer service ..stay away...they will not return any of my calls regarding a refund they owe me. They refused to take insurance adjustment from a participating insurance and owe me over 200.00 and refuse to take or return my calls. I run a medical billing company for a living and their billing practices are shady...I will not be back and unless you want to be ripped off go elsewhere.
This a great place to get dental work done, I was very impressed with the whole staff and doctors who are so knowledgeable and have the most updated equipment. I had oral surgery done today and the experience was so much better than I ever imagined.
