Everyone was super friendly and helpful
They performed work on me and had problems. So I returned to fix it, they did it improperly with the wrong people, and made me sick in the process (7 molds in one sitting), When I informed the office manager (Sandy) they said they would rectify the situation and make it right. They have yet to do that and since I posted a negative review they responded with please call us. But when you call them they are always "busy" and never call you back. Not professional at all.

Ever dr. Severino - Hoza left, the service there is terrible. it seems that there is a very complicated story behind all of this from some of the things I have heard. The dentist that is there now is rude, she doesn't listen to your problems. to me knows very little about dentures, and adjustments. they set appointments for you and then they aren't there. they put a note on the door saying they're at meetings. that is no way to run a business.
