Loved Dr Norcross and saw him for years. My family stayed with Refresh after he retired because I didn’t want to find someone new. Dr Mok is very rude and has no bedside manner. My kids even hated him. I go every 6 months for a cleaning and was never told I have a problem other than I grind my teeth. I went last March for a routine cleaning and was told out of the blue my old filings were “leaking” and I needed 7 crowns and 2 root canals!! I’ve never ever like going anywhere near a dentist office but I had got to a point that I had to go and I was embarrassed and very nervous.... The staff were very friendly very helpful and made a very bad day into a good one !!! The Doctor was very understanding and professional- Thank you all at Refresh Dental 💯
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they explained all necessary treatment and answered all my questions. Dr Mok was very professional and gentle.
