Very Unorganized office. I have been calling for months and every time I call, I'm told their computers "JUST" shut down and that they will call me back in the morning and NEVER do. They have messed up a crown 4 times. The girl in charge of sending and receiving from the labs is very rude and careless. The last time I came in, the dentist apologized for his dental assistant and told me he will need to take a 3RD casting of my temporary crown because they have the wrong crown yet again. horrible horrible customer service.
I had a horrible experience at Refresh Dental and will not be back. It took 2 hours for a routine cleaning. The staff was friendly but the overbooking of appointments and complete disregard of patients time is extremely unprofessional. I was told an outside company made the appointments.... A suggestion I have would also to put a no cell phone usage in the waiting room sign up. Over one hour wait. Almost left. Staff was very nice and apologized for the long wait.
Waiting room was FULL or shvartzas. I hate that they take medicaid because here come the shvartzas, yet again ruining another business.
