What an absolute mess. They should be ashamed to even be open for business. I was warned by a staff member that they are unprofessional, especially Hilda, but it's hard to believe in this day and age. They attempted to overcharge, claimed that certain procedures weren't available or done anymore in California, and didn't bill my insurance company correctly causing multiple delays.
