Chad was the most amazing, informative representative that we have encountered in a long time and it was so much appreciated! Horrible sales presentation that is scripted and obnoxious. We asked many times to please get to the samples and quote, but salesperson refused every time. We finally ended the presentation as it was boring and childish. We asked numerous times to please get to the samples and pricing, but he refused every time. If you’re not going to listen to, the customers wants and needs, and insist on just sticking to your script, that’s a huge mistake. I highly recommend you avoid this company!
Friendly representative that helped us pick out our floor!
Very pleased with installation of vinyl flooring in our three bedrooms done last week. The two gentlemen who did the installation were courtesy and kind! Very knowledgeable and hard working young men. They did an Excellent job. While giving the home owner time to paint walls behind heavy furniture they had moved to install the flooring. Several complements already on the flooring too! Thank you Refloor!
