I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had new floors put in our house in October, about 2200 ft.² worth. Since then, refloor has been out about five times for issues. They covered one of my air vents with planks so when I turned the air on the whole floor lifted. They advertise their LVT is great for bathrooms, but they do not caulk between the shower and the floor so water can get underneath your LVT which will cause mold. Excellent! So far. Salesperson was on time, professional and very personable. Did a thorough presentation and answered all of our questions. Couldn't ask for more.
We met with Christian today regarding our flooring project. He was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He covered the entire project in detail and explained everything in clear understandable detail. Refloor has excellent products and pricing. We opted to go with Refloor for our home.
