Always a fun class. Laura makes it so fun, you forget that it's excersize!
If you haven't checked this place out, you should. There's a variety of different classes for all fitness levels and the staff is great as well. Get off the couch and get to a Zumba class.
Reflexion Fitness is a beautiful studio. There are positive vibes the minute you walk in the door, and Laura is amazing!
