I have known Laura since 2011, she is incredible ! She has walked in our shoes and is living proof that you can live an amazing healthy life and overcome weight issues. Her programs are balanced, with a good mix for every level of fitness. She covers it all, truly engaging and high energy. You owe it to yourself to try her classes or personal training. A gym for women, no judgement, comfortable and encouraging. You will feel at home, relaxed and ready to make a better you! I hope you will check it out!
