Love this gym! Laura and all of the instructors are very friendly, motivating and challenging and make sure you get an awesome workout in every time! There is a nice balance with the variety of classes, and every class is accommodating to a wide range of ability and fitness levels! Guaranteed to leave a class feeling fantastic!!!

First of all I have known Laura a long time now. She's a Phenomenal Instructor..with so much compassion and heart. So of course I waited for her to open up her gym!!! Everyone is friendly. No one is snooty. Great classes..what else can u ask for??? :)))
Reflexion offers a great variety of classes so there is something for everyone! The instructors are simply amazing and so motivating you will want to come back for more. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming that it makes it such a great place to get an awesome workout in. I highly recommend it!
