My girlfriend booked us a couples massage today. Kate and Andrew our massage therapists were both amazing. Great experience! It’s also Mimosa Monday so we both got a complimentary drink. We loved the whole experience. Thank you!
We stayed at the Elara , spa was only a few minutes walk, service was wonderful starting with the young ladies that checked us in! My therapist was Sergio and he was wonderful! Professional and very good ! I had 3 others joining for massages and they were all just extremely happy! Stated it was the best massages theyve had so far! Highly recommend!
Worst massage we’ve ever had. Booked a deep tissue and had no pressure. Said something to the manager on the way out and they only refunded the gratuity. Would not recommend.
They don’t follow posted hours even after prior confirmation!
