Highlight - Spa closing listed at 5:00pm and at 3:15 an employee hollered to half a dozen women they had 30 minutes to leave and that there are only 3 working showers 1. Hot tub - A scalding 108 degrees even though sign says safe temp is 102 degrees. 2. Sauna warm - did not break a sweat. 3. Steam room - puddles of cool water and barely warm. 4. The spa is just an Ok. We got 3 different services in the spa and only one was relatively good. One of the facials I was feeling like someone was slapping the cream on me. Was not enjoyable and unpleasant. And since you commit to pay 20% gratitude up front, there is no motivation for them to do good service.
I went for a spa pedicure. Yolanda was wonderful. She really did a wonderful job of bringing my feet back to life. Check in was super easy and there was no wait.
