I had an initial appointment scheduled after being helped by friendly staff. However, at the time of the appointment, nothing specified whether this was in-person or virtual. So I log in to the virtual and nothing, I figure it's my mistake, rush over in my car during rush hour traffic thinking I accidentally scheduled it in-person. I get there, and the office appears to be closed, no lights on and no cars parked out front at least. I knock loudly for a good 5 tries, then give up.
