I honestly wish I can give this place 0 rating. The ways thru handles my application and how I went from being approved with conditions to being denied later after they take my deposit and application fee. I was told to wait 30-45 days for a refund back in February. I reached out early April letting them know it’s was well over the time frame. They told me lie from lie saying it was sent and it wasn’t. Not worth the money maintenance definitely doesn’t do their jobs and I’m upset I’m stuck in this apartment for 12 more months
The unit was not completely ready when we got here to move in, which is my biggest concern. I did not have a working oven for a month. I did not mind my unit and enjoyed my small yard. However, the move out process has been awful. There was black mold in my apartment that was fixed by getting painted over. They are trying to charge me for the glaze on my tub having normal wear and tear at move out which is against IN law. It’s sad. I wouldn’t move here.
