The Refinery is the best gym in Champaign County, and Tony is the best trainer I have ever had. I have lifted for 36 years, and it was not until I connected with Tony that I started to make the gains in muscle mass that I have now. Tony not only knows how to motivate you, he knows how to work around any injuries or limitations that you might have. I would recommend the Refinery and Tony as a personal trainer to anyone.
