Great gym that has a lot of hardcore lifters, and people at every experience level. A great environment for everyone.
Instructors are amazing...a good variety of fitness classes offered seven days a week. I highly recommend this fantastic gym!! So much so, I drive a half hour to get here. Staff not only help you with your form during class, but seem to really care about helping you hit your goals!! Will go out of their way, taking time after each and every class, to answer any of your questions. I always leave with a smile on my face :)

I have experienced a lot of gyms and I have to say it's my favorite by far. I love the staff and met some of my best friends there!
