I have been coming to Dr. Roy, Christine and staff at Refined MD. for many years now. I have always been treated with friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I recently had an extensive procedure performed by Dr. Roy. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and follow up. Refined is my “go to” now, and in the future.
My experience at RefinedMD couldn't have gone better. I was researching doctors for over a year all over the bay area from Carmel to San Francisco. I LOVE RefinedMD! The moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted with a smile and the whole staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. I actually just want to stay and hang out with everyone after my treatments. They are beyond knowledgeable of the services that they provide and exemplify clean, quality and safe care.
I had a wonderful Diamond facial with Jasmine. Not only was the facial loaded with products to my nourish my skin, but Jasmine has such a kind and pleasant demeanor. It's also clear that she likes to educate herself on skincare. I'm using the products that she recommended and I love them!
