I had an incredible experience here for my lower bleph with Dr. Roy and his team! Surgery can be overwhelming, and Christine, Destiny, and McKenna were extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process to make it as easy for me as possible. Dr. Roy is so personable and honest, I knew from our consult that he was going to be the one. I’m super happy with my results so far - they are super natural and I have gotten so many compliments on how I look glowing!
The Refined MD staff have been amazing! They (Dr. Roy, Alex, Monica, Christine) are professional, competent and personable. I had a sense of the work I wanted done and their expertise and guidance were right on! It’s great when the professionals really listen to you! The outcome of my procedures has made me feel SO GOOD. I have had diamond glow deluxe facials with Jasmine twice and both times it has been a phenomenal experience. She has amazing technique and works patiently to work with your concerns. She has great product recommendations too without being pushy at all. At first I was skeptical about the price point of the facial but I am convinced I deserve this treatment once every two months at least. My face is always glowing for 6 weeks after. Absolutely recommend it!
