We had such a wonderful experience here. I joined the appointment as a bridesmaid, and it was absolutely perfect. We all felt comfortable and welcome, and the staff were exceptional. I would recommend this place over and over to all plus sized brides.

I had the absolute best experience today!! I come in feeling down and out because I had been to several places before them and was just discouraged and I walked in and the atmosphere and just everything about this place was amazing!! I am so happy to say I said yes to my dress today😍👰🏼‍♀️

Christiana and her assistant are amazing. They are knowledgeable and very helpful with finding a dress that matches a brides body type. I can't begin to express how the experience for my daughter was so pleasant.

I very much enjoyed my experience at Refined. It was truly an amazing feeling to walk in to a bridal shop and know that I could try on every single dress in the store. Christina was incredibly helpful and patient, a true joy to work with. It was so amazing to hear her heart behind why she opened Refined; I felt so connected to her while talking about body positivity.
