I scheduled my first appointment for a full body scan online. At the appointment they asked about areas of concern and only checked those areas. Since I have never had this type of appointment, I assumed it was normal. At my first appointment, I also scheduled a 2nd appointment for dysport treatment on my forehead which cost $550 (over $200 more than I paid for botox at a different place with great results). Easy check in process and very little wait time. Staff were very welcoming and explained everything clearly. Excellent practice to visit!

I came in for a concerning spot on my forehead. It was determined that it was a skin lesion that had a 10% chance of becoming cancerous. She froze it on and off for about 20 seconds, keeping me informed the whole time. She told me to let her know if I needed a break, bit the way she did it, it was completely comfortable! I walked into the office and out of the office in about 20 minutes with the risk of cancer at 0%! Wonderful experience! This was a first time visit for me. Refine Dermatology is my new Dermatologist Office!
