I used to contact them regarding various issues ie: dumpsters, parking, neighbors, mailboxes, etc. ( I live next door to one of their rental properties--yes I am a renter too ) and someone ALWAYS responded. This time.....nothing. It's cool. You guys must be SUPER busy with this covid thing going on. Right?!
The works customer service ever. After we moved in, we made basic inspection and reported all the issues. Over one and a half year later things are still not fixed. Forget about making new reports or asking for help. If you considering moving into one of properties managed by Referral Really be prepared for lazy or no service at all, emails won't be answered and phone calls returned. If you are property owner be advised that they don't care if it is getting damage even though reports were send.
Honestly these guys are really good and fair to their tenants. They do everything by the book, which in my opinion is a good thing. You would be wise to have your property managed by them or to rent from them.
Warning stay away from this place, very bad customer service .to everyone looking for house to rent please don’t
The best agent I have seen ever! Mr Ali Alamdar helped me to rent a good apartment 3 years ago. Now he is helping me to find a good house to buy. Everybody is happy with him.
