We had our fantasy football draft at The Ref today. There were maybe six people in the regular bar area and then about fifteen of us in a back room. The waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time and we'd have to go looking for someone to help us in the bar area. Then she would reappear and seem offended that we were looking for service and shoo us back to our room. Zero personality and zero service skills. Service sucks... Food is great Drinks also Suckie we have been here several times and this is the first time we are had 2 ask for plates...
I am only going here to play pinball. I enjoy the service- I drink and eat a lot. The food is pretty horrible. If it was horrible and cheap i would be exitced- afterall its bar food. But to be super pricey because other bars are... lame O. IVE had the fish tacos, Hawaiian burger, 6 different kind 9f wings... all in which were disgusting. Even in wing night over priced.
Service was slow, but only one waitress in the entire bar. Got my drink 30 min. after I ordered it so i told our waitress i didnt want it, as we were ready to leave. Got serious attitude from the waitress and bartender. What happened to good customer service? Food came out wrong also. Never going back.
What can I say - Horrible service, my wife getting corrected by a server, multiple draft beers had a bleach-like aftertaste, server threw a temper tantrum when I informed her about the beer, took over 30 minutes to get drinks in the first place, cold food (The wings were pink in the middle and undercooked), etc. I'm pretty forgiving, but these guys need a bar rescue. Anything and everything went wrong. Has a unique concept and could be a cool place, but needs major improvement before I would consider coming back.
