Terrible food and service. Waited almost half an hour for our drinks. Once we ordered food..we got the wrong food almost an hour later. Not a good experience.
Burnt appetizer but was told it was supposed to be. Beer glasses picked up after our first drink, AT THE BAR. Without asking if we wanted another. When I asked to speak to a manager, was told "I got your check, you can go" when we weren't done with dinner. Absolutely horrible experience.
Worst management ever! Took over a hour for food and they said we were rude for leaving chased out to the parking lot!! WOW
Have given you a few chances. Food is ok. But service has always been horrible. Trying to just order a drink is difficult because the waitresses never come to your table! Today I waited over an hour for my food. I wanted a drink but never got a chance to order one. Loss of money for you. Most likely won't give you another chance. And won't be recommending you to friends.
Service was good! Unfortunately this was my 2nd bad food experiance here! Both times the burger and the bun were burnt to a crisp! The 2nd time I waited an hour and 15 minutes for a burnt burger, and an hour and 45 minutes for mozz sticks with no cheese in them! Like I said, service was good, cooks are terrible, seriously need to make a change!!!!!!!!
I was at a private event that was hosted here and everything was great!!
