Electrician showed up promptly was courteous and seems to have done a professional job. But.... they didn't mention their hourly rate, which includes travel time. ($135 per hour). I was charged $454.11 to change out a faulty pigtail on a 110 water heater. Pretty extreme, considering the 10gal water heater cost less than that.
Straight up fair people! They do a great job as well! Knowledgeable on codes and what's right to do!
Fast and friendly service highly recommended
Going over the bill, my husband discovered they charged us for a whole roll of electrical wire but took the substantial leftovers with them. They made it right when we pointed that out.
