Mr. Rees helped my husband and I find the center diamond of my engagement ring 22 years ago. I recently caught my hand on a seat of an airplane and knocked the center stone out but was lucky enough to find it!!! Where else would I take it to be reset? The service was impeccable. They were very friendly and got my ring back to me in a timely fashion. I don’t remember my ring being so sparkly! Thank you so much! I’m beyond happy! I haven’t seen this level of professionalism, knowledge and trust in a jeweler in 25 years, maybe never! I trust them completely with my precious heirloom pieces my mother gave me last year before she passed. It’s so much more when it comes to heirlooms. Ms. Rees has been a wealth of knowledge.
